Try to have the ingredients ready, so we can cook together in real time! This week, let’s explore my home country Dominican Republic! We are going to make a dessert called Dulce Frio. We have it for every special occasion in my family. For this recipe, we will need to use the stove so please have an adult present. Ingredients: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 2 cans of evaporated milk 2 eggs yolks 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract 20 lady fingers (or any dry cookie/ dollar tree sells very good coconut ones that are perfect for this) 1 can of fruit Lastly, you’ll need a deep dish to refrigerate it in. This week’s focus is to review the verb “estar” to describe location.
